Inside, a light-filled upper studio with stone floors, altar & wide windows is our space for every private healing session. Glass doors lead to a breezy terrace for morning yoga + tea, spiritual guidance sessions and starlit meals. One guest, one guide, and an authentic connection between body, breath and land.

Book your flights to Brindisi Airport (BDS), about 30 minutes away. Bari Airport (BRI) is another option, about 1 hour and 20 minutes away. The easiest way to reach the retreat is by train to Ostuni Station, from where we will provide transportation to the retreat location. Trains from Bari and Brindisi to Ostuni are frequent, reliable, and very easy to navigate, so it's a stress-free option for people who prefer not to drive. For those who wish to explore more of Puglia during their stay, renting a car is highly recommended. Both Bari and Brindisi Airports offer affordable and hassle-free car rentals so that you can enjoy the beautiful countryside, nearby historic towns and stunning beaches at your own pace. We can also arrange a taxi from the airport - just contact us and we'll support you if that's of interest. Best for Convenience: Take the train to Ostuni Station, and we’ll handle the rest!
