About this Retreat
Hi, I'm Grace! I discovered intermittent fasting in 2012, and it has completely transformed my life in ways I never expected. While I initially started fasting for weight loss, I quickly realised the numerous other benefits it offers—from increased energy to improved mental clarity and overall well-being.
With a background in science, research, and education, and a strong belief in holistic health practices, I am a certified FLAG fasting coach. I am also lucky to live on a beautiful farm in the stunning Black Mountains, Herefordshire where I can hold space for bespoke retreats and share my passion.
I'm so excited to welcome guests to my fasting retreat where I can nurture, build a supportive community, and guide guests toward developing a sustainable, positive relationship with fasting.

We hold space for water and/or broth fasting, communicate the science behind fasting, and create a peaceful, loving, and enriching environment in which to explore it. Our aim is to empower you to take control of your own health.
