About this Retreat
Sarah Trapkus is a Spiritual Guide, Energy Healer and Coach for high-achieving women who are done building their success from over-functioning survival strategies. She helps them clarify their vision, genius, and authentic essence so they can move forward with passion and purpose and stop being haunted by the pressure.
Sarah was diagnosed with C-PTSD while pregnant with her third child, and finally understood the survival strategies running her own life. For the last 25+ years, she's been strategically dismantling them one emotion, behavior, and belief at a time. What's emerged is real wealth: not just in business and relationships, but in time, energy, and presence.
Sarah created The Emotional Alchemy Certification Program®, training coaches in her proven methodology of shifting emotional energy and aligning to your truest path. Her goal: unshakable trust in yourself and in life, so true freedom and full creative expression become possible.
She lives with her partner and three children on the Baduwa't, on Northern California's wild coast. You can work with her 1:1, or join her at an in-person retreat.
Grace Dolan is certified as a yoga and breath work facilitator with over 20 years experience creating safe containers for groups and individuals alike. She integrates yoga, breath work, dance, mindful exercises and more to regulate the nervous system and facilitate an environment for personal growth. Grace is passionate about empowering you to reduce stress, release stagnant energy, and build tools to reconnect with your mind, body and spirit.
Greg composes and performs gong immersions. As a composer, sound practitioner, and teacher, he listens, learns, and refines how sound meets the body, the mind, and the unseen layers of experience. Through vibration, what has been held beneath the surface is allowed to move. The mind's constant comparing, analyzing, and replaying begins to quiet, and the body is given space to settle and return to its natural rhythm. As the nervous system regulates, there is an opportunity to drop fully into the present, meeting each moment directly as it is, nothing to fix, change, or turn away from. This work holds space where people feel free to show up honestly, be met fully, and build together spaces of safety.
Details of this retreat
You know what you want - you just don't have the energy for it.
Let us help you access it again.
Heartwood provides the foundation: a place of relaxation, spaciousness, and permission to let go. Throughout the weekend, embodiment practices, breathwork, yoga, teachings on essence and energy, coaching, and immersive sound experiences build upon that foundation. This weekend is an invitation back into your life force. A chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with your essence, and let it lead.
We See You
You're not lost or confused about your direction. You know what you want to create, and why.
But somewhere between knowing and doing, your energy takes a nose-dive.
You're unmotivated and can't seem to move forward the way you think you should be.
→ The problem isn't that you can't have what you want. It's that you're not allowing the energy, your essence, to expand and lead.
You're so ready to feel different, and yet the fire doesn't come just because you want it to. The energy you're looking for doesn't arrive by trying harder.
What if this isn't a motivation problem? What if it's an energy shift that wants to happen ?
We know that the gap between what you know and what you do isn't a sign that something's wrong with you. It's a sign your life force energy needs to be accessed, not forced.
What Becomes Possible When You Join Us
Imagine closing the gap between what you want and taking aligned action to create it.
Not by working harder or finding a better strategy or five-step plan ... but by reconnecting to the energy of your desire: the life force that makes what you do feel like flow instead of force.
Imagine leaving with your essence back online. Imagine the gap between what you know and what you do, closed. Ease where there was friction. Flow where there was push. Your own fire, lit once again.
This is the invitation.
This Is a Facilitated Experience
Three expert facilitators hold this weekend for you: asking the right questions, offering embodiment practices, sound, and space designed to help you see the energy you're in and choose the one that actually lights you up.
You're not here to relax and hope something shifts. You're choosing this experience because you're ready to be guided through the shift.
This Weekend Is Truly For You
This weekend is for anyone ready to close the gap between what they want and the aligned action they're capable of taking.
You are the only one who can access the life force that's already within you. We're here to help create the conditions for that to happen.
The Arc of the Weekend
Throughout the weekend, from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, you'll experience a rhythm that is both deep and spacious. The programming is curated for the shift you're ready for, with enough time in between to rest and nourish yourself.
Friday Evening | Arrival & Intention
An opening ceremony marks the shift out of routine. We name where you are now and set intentions for where you're headed. A light embodiment practice and sound attunement begin aligning you with your truest essence.
Saturday | The Work
This is the heart of the weekend. Teachings on essence and energy: what blocks it and what restores it. Yoga and breathwork move it through the body, and helps shed what's stuck and stagnant, loosening the ground for the work ahead. You're reconnected with yourself and others, as group exercises build trust and connection. Coaching and reflection, through journalling and discussion, makes the shift conscious. The day closes with a deep sound immersion that balances and soothes your nervous system.
Sunday | Integration
A reflective and integrative closing circle brings the weekend full circle. This is where the shift gets anchored, next steps are clarified, and you're witnessed in your transformation.
Our Facilitators
Sarah Trapkus guides the emotional alchemy work at the center of this weekend, helping you locate exactly where your energy is stuck, what it needs to shift, and what opens up for you when it does.
Grace Dolan blends yoga, breathwork, embodiment practices and mindfulness exercises to regulate the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and give your essence a place to land in the body.
Greg Murphy holds powerful sound immersion space, using frequency to reach what conversation and thinking can't.
Three facilitators, one weekend, one intention: to help you access the life force energy you're designed to live from, not the conditioned habits that drain you.
What Becomes Possible
Every person's experience will be different.
This weekend is designed to create the conditions for accessing your essence, your energy, and your capacity to move.
You may discover:
→ A different relationship with your own life force energy.
→ Greater ease in taking aligned action toward what you already want.
→ Fresh perspective on the patterns that have kept you stuck in the gap between knowing and doing.
→ A renewed sense of connection with your essence.
→ Simple practices to keep your fire lit long after the weekend has ended.
Integration Is Included
Real transformation doesn't end when the weekend does.
You'll leave with reflection prompts and next-step guidance built specifically for what surfaced for you this weekend, plus the option of a one-on-one follow-up session with a facilitator to keep the momentum you built here.
