  • Held at Bare Wellness in Napa, the retreat weaves together guided Kundalini activations, breathwork, mantra, posture and spinal alignment, sound, and frequency-based modalities to create a contained field for transformation. The body is treated as the temple—cleared, supported, and regulated so awakening can land gently and last beyond the retreat itself.
  • The experience unfolds across three distinct phases:
  • Preparation begins by establishing safety and grounding. Through ceremonial opening, education on what Kundalini actually is (and isn’t), and posture-based spinal alignment, participants begin to open the central channel while anchoring deeply into the body. A gentle initial activation introduces energy without overwhelm, followed by nervous-system integration through sound and stillness.
  • Activation deepens the work. Morning breathwork and mantra support energy flow, while guided Kundalini activation allows life force to rise naturally through the spine. Rather than inducing release, space is held for what wants to move on its own. Throughout the day, participants rotate through recovery and frequency modalities—sauna, PEMF, red light, lymphatic work, and grounding practices—to help the body process and integrate the shifts taking place. Education and reflection offer clarity around discernment, integration, and self-regulation.
  • Saturday evening culminates in a 2.5-hour Cosmic Sound Journey, a powerful transmission and integration experience that allows awakened energy to self-organize through sound, resonance, and shared field coherence.
