Details of this retreat

Join Olivia Barry on a a journey through nervous system support, alignment-based strength, joyful expression, and deep rest!
This retreat is a 4-day immersive experience designed to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner steadiness. Through a thoughtful blend of alignment-based yoga, gentle strength-building, yoga therapy, and joyful movement, you’ll explore how structure and softness support one another—both physically and emotionally. Throughout the weekend, you’ll gain practical, take-home tools grounded in cutting-edge nervous system science, including vagus nerve regulation techniques, HPA axis support strategies, and somatic tools for stress recovery and resilience. Practices are informed by research in polyvagal theory, interoception, fascia, and trauma-sensitive movement. Whether you're rebuilding after burnout, seeking clarity, or simply craving time in a grounded, supportive space, this retreat invites you to reset and remember your own resilience. We’ll move together, rest deeply, and leave with skills to carry balance into everyday life.

Breathtaking Beauty
Everything is coming up beautiful if you're planning to stay at the Ratna Ling Retreat Center.

Joined my daughter for the Radiance Retreat, hosted by the most delightful Yoga and Meditation professionals who's gifts were boundless and generously shared them with us.

The Cabin was clean, spacious, and newly renovated with natural light and heavenly views. We were bathed in millions of stars at night, cooled by refreshing fog in the morning, and surrounded by soaring trees and warming sunshine.

The staff are volunteers, and delightful without exception. The food was lovingly prepared fresh daily, and absolutely delicious.

The Retreat center includes a beautiful lodge, eating area with indoor/outdoor seating and the most enchanting Tibetan Buddhist Temple and we highly recommend the tour and if you are very lucky, George will be your tour guide.

Don't hesitate to experience the joy, laughter and enlightenment of the Ratna Ling Retreat Center. You will remember the experience with reverence.

Space and Ease
The property is beautiful. The cabin gorgeous and well appointed. The food plentiful and tasty. Nature abounds - saw 3 deer, 15 wild turkey, and many different birds. The morning sunrise over the ridge and fog in the valley started the day and a star filled sky ended the night. Peace and tranquility.
