About this Retreat
Daniela Di Ciaccio is a sociologist, wellbeing facilitator, and certified yoga teacher with over twenty years of experience in yoga, meditation, and energy-based practices.
She is the co-founder of 2BHappy, an organization dedicated to the science of wellbeing and the creation of positive, sustainable human systems. Her work bridges evidence-based wellbeing principles with experiential practices that support sustainable energy, presence, and meaningful connection.
Daniela’s approach is non-dogmatic, accessible, and deeply respectful of individual rhythms. She guides yoga, meditation, and reflective practices as living tools for listening, balance, and inner alignment.
During retreats, she creates spaces of slowness, care, and authenticity, where participants can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with what truly nourishes them.
Details of this retreat
Energym Retreat is a 4-day immersive experience designed to restore balance, clarity, and sustainable energy across body, mind, emotions, and inner life.
In a natural and quiet setting, this retreat offers a rhythm of guided practices and spaciousness, allowing participants to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what truly nourishes them.
Through yoga, meditation, conscious movement, and reflective group practices, Energym supports a shift from constant doing to intentional presence. The retreat is grounded in wellbeing science and experiential learning, offering practical tools that can be integrated into daily life.
Before the retreat, participants complete an Energym Scan to increase self-awareness around their current energy patterns. After the retreat, a follow-up integration session supports continuity and real-life application.
Energym Retreat is designed for people seeking rest without withdrawal, depth without pressure, and connection without performance. A small group setting ensures care, intimacy, and a high-quality shared experience.
