Details of this retreat

The Threshold is a 3-day retreat designed for people going through transitional periods in life - a time when old patterns no longer fit and something new is beginning to emerge. It focuses on creating a “liminal space” for reflection, integration, and embodied insight rather than pushing for dramatic change.

This is a space for people who:
- Are in a transition (internal or external) where identity or life roles are shifting.
- Have done some healing work already but want a deeper, more embodied experience.
- Want support without pressure - depth, not performance.
- Feel drawn to psilocybin-assisted work that’s held with careful preparation and integration.

It's not a place to “fix yourself,” but a space to meet yourself with honesty and respect.

It unfolds over three days with a strong emphasis on:
- Safety, preparation, and integration
- A psilocybin-assisted group journey
- Individual (1:1) preparation before the retreat
- Facilitated group sessions in a calm environment
- Somatic grounding, meditation practices, and therapeutic integration

Screening and intention setting are included, and aftercare support is offered so insights can be grounded in daily life rather than only experienced in the moment.
