About this Retreat
Krati Sharma is a multidisciplinary wellness entrepreneur, researcher, and coach with over 8 years of international experience across life sciences, biotechnology, and holistic health education. With a strong academic foundation in bioinformatics and biotechnology, and professional experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical and research sectors, she brings a rare blend of scientific rigor and mindful living into her work.
She is the Founder of The Aurelia (Sanjhi Healthcare Services), a plant-based skincare and haircare brand focused on clean, chemical-free formulations and conscious lifestyle choices. Through her work, she has led product development from formulation to market launch, conducted controlled efficacy studies, and actively educated consumers on eliminating harmful chemicals from daily routines.
As a retreat organizer and coach, Krati integrates science-backed wellness, holistic lifestyle education, yoga, meditation, and mindful living practices. Her retreats are designed for individuals seeking clarity, balance, and practical tools to detox their lifestyle—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while staying grounded in evidence-based knowledge rather than vague spirituality.
Her coaching style is structured, empathetic, and empowering, helping participants reconnect with themselves, adopt healthier routines, and build long-term sustainable habits in both personal and professional life.
Details of this retreat
In the hustle and bustle of modern life, we often lose connection with what truly matters. This retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner self. This experience combines both external and internal cleansing. On the external level, you will be introduced to a mindful perspective on lifestyle and personal care. We will discuss common beauty and wellness products, helping you become more aware of what we consume and how it affects our body and mind. On the internal level, we practice yoga, meditation, and pranayama, designed in a gentle sequence to support energy flow, emotional release, and mental clarity. These ancient techniques, rooted in our Vedic tradition, are adapted to today’s lifestyle needs.
Through guided sessions, you will gain a deeper understanding of chakras (our energy centers) — what they represent, how blockages are formed, and how conscious practices can support healing and balance. While one retreat cannot transform everything, it can offer you clarity, direction, and practical tools to continue your journey.
To support mental clarity and inner balance, we encourage a simple and mindful routine during the retreat. Participants are invited to reduce or avoid alcohol, smoking, heavy foods, and excessive caffeine, as these may interfere with rest and awareness. Personal comfort and choice are always respected.
Alongside inner work, you may also enjoy light hiking, city exploration, or rest, depending on your preference. The retreat is flexible, and your well-being is always the priority. This retreat is all about awareness, alignment, and conscious living — so you return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
