1st Day:
12:00pm - Check-in relax and enjoy the herbal tea or coffee.
01-1:15 pm - Enjoy vegetarian Lunch.
3:30-4:30pm - Massage Therapy .
4:30-5:00pm - Steam or Sauna Bath.
5:30-6:30pm - Yoga Nidra Meditation.
07-7:15pm - Dinner – delicious plant-based local meals.
2nd Day:
• 07-9:00am – Energizing morning yoga and breathing practice.
• 09-9:15am – Light Breakfast .
• 10:30–1:00pm – Short hiking, walk in nature, visit village, ancient temple and Gumba.
• 01_1:15pm – Delicious Lunch .
• 5:30–6:30pm _ Sound healing therapy for physical & mental relaxation.
• 07-7:15pm – Dinner – fully vegetarian.
3rd Day:
• 07-9:00am – Energizing morning yoga and breathing practice.
• 09-9:15am – Healthy Breakfast.
• 11-12:00pm - Reiki healing therapy to reduce stress & anxiety.
• 01-1:15pm - Delicious lunch to nourish you after your healing session.
• 5:30–6:30pm - Meditation Practice.
• 07-7:15pm – Dinner – fully vegetarian.
4th Day:
On the fourth day, we go hiking to the top of Chandragiri Hill, a challenging yet rewarding walk of around 4 hours straight uphill. During the hike, you will enjoy the beauty of nature, scenic landscapes, and local wildlife along the way. You may also come across baby goats and small puppies, making the journey even more enjoyable and memorable.
At the halfway point, there is a small tea house with a beautiful viewpoint, where you can rest, refresh, and take in the stunning surroundings before continuing the climb. The hike takes you up to around 2,500 meters above sea level, and on clear days, you may even be able to see Mount Everest from the top.
Once you reach the summit, you will find several restaurants and viewpoints, as well as the famous Shiva Temple, which is a peaceful and culturally significant place to visit.
Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own food and the return trip by cable car. After the hike, you will enjoy a relaxing 90-minute massage to calm your body, breath, and mind.
5th Day:

• 11-12:00pm - Sound healing therapy to reduce stress & anxiety.
• 01-1:15pm – Delicious lunch to nourish you after your healing session.
• 5:30–6:30pm - Meditation practice.

6th Day:
Sightseeing: On Day Six, we’ll explore some of Nepal’s most magnificent and culturally important historic sites. This day will give you deeper insight into Nepal’s rich culture, religion, ancient temples, history, local markets, and traditional cuisine.
We begin at 8:00 AM with a visit to the famous Monkey Temple (Swayambhunath), where you will see many monkeys freely roaming around the temple area. This sacred site is a beautiful blend of Buddhist and Hindu culture, as it features both a Hindu temple and a Buddhist stupa in the same place, creating a truly unique spiritual atmosphere.
Next, we’ll head to Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square, an ancient royal palace complex filled with historic architecture, temples, and cultural heritage. We will pause here for breakfast and enjoy the lively surroundings.
Our journey continues to Boudhanath Stupa, known as one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites in the world. It is also famous for being the largest dome-shaped stupa structure in Nepal, offering a peaceful and powerful energy that many visitors find unforgettable.
After that, we will visit Thamel, Kathmandu’s most vibrant tourist area, famous for its colorful streets, souvenir shops, clothing stores, trekking gear, handicrafts, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. You will have free time here to enjoy lunch, shop, and explore the lively market atmosphere.
We will return to the retreat centre around 5:00 PM. Transportation is provided, but guests are responsible for their own meals and entrance fees to temples and historical sites during the excursion.
7th Day:
• 07-9:00am - Morning yoga with a nourishing splash of pranayama.
• 09:00am - Breakfast before you head to your next adventure.
• 12:00pm - Check out.
