About this Retreat
Nils is a visionary, author and guide. His work focuses on emotional openness, inner balance, and living in deeper connection with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. He offers support in areas such as emotional healing, forgiveness, and creating safe, honest spaces for human closeness and hugging meditations.
His approach includes heart-centred presence, secluded time in darkness without distractions, exploring the balance of feminine and masculine energies, and gently meeting and embracing the hidden parts of ourselves. He shares about nourishing the body and spirit through fasting and tuning into the body's natural energies. In relationships, he explores open, connected and mutually caring ways of living within a relational network.
Much of Nils' writing is guided by a sense of trust in something greater – a deeper consciousness within life, Mother Earth, and the wider universe.
Beatrice is a creative soul and space holder at Finca Sanuela. She provides guests with a grounded, open and heart-centred presence, making them feel at ease.
Her passion for creativity and art adds an extra dimension to the retreat experience. After an emotionally intensive session, engaging in creative activities such as drawing, painting or writing can provide a natural way to process and integrate the experiences.
She is also learning to offer conscious touch and hugging meditation sessions, which may make women feel more comfortable and safe when taking their first steps into these practices.
Spending time outdoors with Beatrice – walking slowly, sitting quietly and being barefoot together in the Tenerife landscape – carries a special quality, as nature often feels like an extension of her. Her natural sensitivity to others' feelings means she often senses what a guest needs before it has been spoken.
Beatrice is on her own journey of discovery and personal growth, exploring the themes and practices of Finca Sanuela from the inside. This makes her a true companion on the path, being curious, honest, and warmly present.
She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Romanian.
Details of this retreat
Being single for a while is fine – until it isn't. There comes a point when the quiet at home no longer feels peaceful, when scrolling through profiles late at night feels empty, and when you realise that you keep attracting the same kinds of people or experiences.
This is an immersive, personal six-day retreat at Finca Sanuela in Tenerife, designed specifically for singles who are ready to delve deeper than dating advice or positive thinking. Through honest sharing, shadow work, forgiveness practices, inner clarity exercises and heart-centred somatic experiences, you can gently release the old protective layers, outdated patterns and inner stories that have quietly shaped who you attract.
You will explore who you are right now, what you truly value and what you no longer want. Through guided exercises, you can approach your shadow with curiosity and compassion, clarify the qualities you are looking for in a partner, and start to bring your inner and outer worlds into alignment.
The retreat includes the practical application of deep presence and authentic connection, which you will experience and practise. This involves speaking openly about what you want and need, as well as your boundaries. You can learn how to provide nourishing closeness through holding hands or hugging meditation. You will learn how to be fully present, without hiding behind a mask.
If you are open to it, you can also explore whether a traditional relationship is the only form of love that feels right for you, or if a wider, more connected way of sharing care and closeness might could also be a good fit for you.
After the retreat, you will have a clearer picture of your future partner. You will also probably feel more balanced, more honest and more open. This will naturally attract others who are ready for the same kind of real, warm and meaningful connection.
What Makes This Retreat Special
This retreat works from the inside out. The inner work is both deep and practical.
Guided exercises help you to recognise recurring patterns in your relationships, identify your core life values, clarify your needs and non-negotiables, and develop a genuine, heartfelt vision of the partner and partnership you want.
A guided inner shadow meditation will help you to integrate the aspects of yourself that have been hidden, criticised or rejected.
Optional somatic heart-opening practices let you experience the authentic closeness you are opening yourself up to.
If you're interested, you can also explore the Network of Love concept: a conscious and honest way of sharing care, closeness and warmth with more than just one trusted soul.
We will also have a photoshoot together in the beautiful landscape of Tenerife, capturing you as you truly are: relaxed, open and fully in your element. These photos could be used as authentic profile pictures.
This is not a group workshop. It will take place in a personal, authentic one-to-one setting, or with just one or two other guests. We will adjust the pace according to your preferences.
The Retreat Experience
After picking you up from the nearby bus station, you can take some time to settle in. We can talk, share and get to know each other a bit. If you like, we can draw some oracle cards together and receive intuitive messages about your retreat experience.
When you feel ready, you can learn how heart-centred breathing works. This forms the quiet foundation of everything else that happens here. We will come back to it throughout our time together.
We then sit down for the first honest sharing of the retreat. What you are carrying right now? What patterns keep showing up? What kind of loneliness have you been living with? What has your heart been trying to tell you?
From here, the retreat finds its own rhythm. Mornings often begin quietly, perhaps with a walk in nature, some writing, or simply being. There is no fixed programme, only options. What arises each day guides what we decide to do.
As the days unfold, we move step by step into exercises on conscious partnership. You can take an honest look at your past relationship patterns to gain an understanding of what they have been trying to show you. You can identify the qualities in past partners that you want more of. You can clarify your true values and non-negotiables, and create a genuine inner vision of the partnership you are ready for. You can also take a slow, honest and compassionate look at who you are right now, embracing both your light and your shadow.
A guided shadow meditation will take you on an inner journey to discover the parts of yourself that you have hidden or criticised. Rather than eliminating these hidden parts, the approach is one of care and curiosity, seeking to understand, embrace and integrate them.
The lived practice of authentic closeness is woven throughout all of this. This involves clearly and kindly expressing what you want and need. Learning to offer your hand during a walk or while sitting together, and feeling that as natural. Staying present in a long, unhurried hug and using it to open your heart a little further. These are the small yet radical acts of honest connection that most of us were never taught, and practising them is one of the most transformative things you can do here.
Towards the end of your stay, you may have improved your posture, and your eyes may show more trust and authenticity. We can then go out into the Tenerife landscape for a photo session. You will be relaxed and fully in your element, and the photos will capture who you are now.
By the final day, something has usually changed. The heart is a little more open. The story of why love hasn't worked before comes to a close. The longing for authentic connection feels less like a wound and more like a compass pointing the way forward. This is where your next chapter begins.
