Each day builds on the previous one, gradually moving from foundational practices to deeper, more refined work. The pace is always tailored to your current level, rather than sticking to a fixed schedule.
Mornings begin with honest heart-to-heart sharing. What is happening inside you right now? What has come up overnight? What are you bringing with you today? This is not a warm-up exercise: it is training you in the kind of present, heart-centred communication that Companions offer their guests.
From there, we explore the theoretical and philosophical foundations of the work, including the principles of conscious consent and ongoing safety, yin and yang balance, the nature of different energetic perceptions, how to prepare yourself and a guest for a session and how to process what arises afterwards. During or after these phases, you will have the opportunity to experience some somatic practices. This will help to bridge the gap between what you learn in your mind and what you begin to feel in your body.
The afternoons are for delving deeper. This is when you can explore the practices more fully and in more depth. There is also time for journaling, integration and nature walks, to help you process everything.
Rather than being scheduled into separate sessions, inner shadow work, forgiveness practices and more honest sharing arise naturally throughout the day.

17:00 – 20:00 Time for integration, journaling or a nature walk, rest or quiet time
20:00 – 21:30 Meal preparation and shared meal, open sharing and reflection
During the final two days, the focus shifts towards bringing everything you have learned and practised together, exploring how to carry this work into your everyday life and relationships, and considering how you want to offer this presence to others.
