My name is Anna Isabel and I am certified intuitive life coach, trauma-informed guide, Somatic Release Breathwork ™ facilitator, shamanic practitioner, ceremonialist and Usui Reiki master. My passion lies in supporting individuals on their journeys of transformation, healing, and self-discovery, particularly through the powerful experiences that Ayahuasca and plant medicine can offer. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed practices and deep reverence for ancient wisdom, allowing those I work with to feel both supported and empowered as they step into their healing journey. My path to plant medicine work began with my own search for freedom from limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and patterns of survival that no longer served me. After years of owning a business and operating in a masculine, achievement-oriented mode, I discovered a profound shift when I began to explore my inner world through Ayahuasca, shamanism, somatics, and nervous system work. It became clear that true transformation is possible when we address not only our minds but our bodies, emotions, and spirits, creating an integrated approach to healing. In my work, I combine the power of plant medicine with somatic practices, shamanism, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help you move beyond surface-level insights and integrate your experiences deeply. I believe in creating safe, compassionate spaces for exploration, knowing that each journey is unique and requires a tailored approach. My role is to walk beside you as a guide, helping you release trauma, uncover your inner wisdom, and reconnect with your authentic self. As a moon dancer (Danza De Luna) with the Chalchiuhtekpatl Mihtotia circle I have developed reverence for the sacred dance of life, weaving together ancient wisdom and modern practices, infusing each moment with intention and grace.

Hi, I’m Emy — a first-generation Hondureña, intuitive life coach, and embodiment guide. I hold sacred space for women to remember who they are beneath the layers of survival, conditioning, and societal expectation. My work is rooted in ancestral wisdom, seasonal rhythms, nervous system awareness, and the deep knowing that life itself is a ceremony. My path has been anything but linear — a weaving of shadow and light, of pain and arriving over and over to empowerment. I’ve walked through the fire of fear, codependency, identity confusion, and anxiety, and emerged with a profound reverence for the feminine spirit — in all her wild, cyclical, and unapologetic beauty. This year, I was honored to be initiated as a Danzante for the Moon Dance of Chalchiuhtekpatl Mihtotia — a sacred commitment that deepened my connection to the Earth, my feminine essence, and the rhythm of life. Through dance, prayer, and ceremony, I’ve come into deeper relationship with devotion, surrender, and the power of embodied self-knowledge. I’ve also completed two 10-day Vipassana meditation courses, where I experienced the transformational power of silence, presence, and inner stillness. Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly through disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body — sensations that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurities, leading to a balanced mind full of love, clarity, and compassion. These teachings have become the foundation of how I guide others — not through rigid blueprints, but through deep listening, honoring inner truth, and practicing presence. I believe that the sacred isn’t something we visit—it’s something we become. It’s found in the breath, in the stillness, in the dance between our wounds and our wisdom. This is the energy I bring to Sacred Awakening — an invitation to return to your body, to your intuition, and to your truth. Through ritual, reflection, movement, storytelling, and nervous system healing, I’ll walk beside you as you remember the woman you came here to be.
