Details of this retreat
This meditation retreat is offered with sliding scale pricing so that you can offer what you can and enjoy a retreat at Ratna Ling.
If youʻve had an active summer, a productive spring, or a busy new year, Autumn is now your time to pause, reflect, and harness your inner resources in a new and creative way. In these times, life always seems to move fast, but to find balance, we must consciously make time to rest, reset, and contemplate how our thoughts, emotions, and actions impact ourselves and others.
In this Autumn meditation retreat, our Ratna Ling Faculty has designed sessions that will provide calmness, slowness, and healing techniques for you to feel grounded and clear as you enter another season of activity. Using various meditation and movement practices, we will attain quiet and relaxation. We will experience different levels of awareness and come to know the habits, patterns and misconceptions that limit us.
This weekend includes:
Meditation
Kum Nye (Tibetan Relaxation Yoga)

Nature Walk
Self-Massage Techniques
Options for Massage, Reiki, and Spiritual Counseling for an additional cost
