Rest. Receive. Recalibrate.
3 Nights of Gentle Nourishment at Ratna Ling
Modern life pulls us outward—into roles, screens, alerts, and expectations. Even when we’re doing all the “right” things, something inside can still feel tired, overextended, or out of sync.
This weekend is a soft-landing place for your body, mind, and soul. A place where nothing is required of you but your presence.
Come as you are—tired, curious, hopeful, tender—and gift yourself three days of deep replenishment in the stillness and beauty of Ratna Ling’s redwood sanctuary. Our retreat is intentionally unhurried, offering just enough structure to support you without overwhelming your senses.
You don’t need to fix anything. You don’t need to figure anything out.
Just come rest.
What You’ll Experience:
• Nervous System Reset through Gentle Yoga - Move slowly. Breathe fully. Come back to your body with practices designed to release stress and restore ease—no experience needed.
• Grounding Meditations & Embodied Presence - Sit in stillness or lie down in peace. These accessible practices help quiet the mental noise and reconnect you with your center.
• Forest Walks & Time in Nature - Meander through towering redwoods. Listen to the hush of the forest. Feel your feet on the Earth and remember: you belong here.
• Restorative Evenings & Free Time - With spacious afternoons and quiet evenings, you’ll have time to nap, journal, stargaze, or just sip tea and do nothing at all.
• Wholesome, Nourishing Meals - Let yourself be cared for with delicious vegetarian meals lovingly prepared to support your body and spirit.
• Optional Massage & Wellness Sessions - Add a therapeutic bodywork session or wellness treatment (available for additional cost; advance booking recommended).
Why This Weekend Matters
We don’t heal in haste. We heal in spaciousness. In beauty. In gentle slowness.
This retreat is a pause in the pattern—a place to soften the edges, listen to your inner voice, and remember what peace feels like inside your own skin.
You are allowed to step away. You are worthy of deep rest. You don’t have to earn it.
Come rest in the quiet. Let the forest hold you. Leave with your spirit restored.
COVID POLICY: For your safety and ours, we require that all guests be vaccinated against Covid and provide proof of a negative Covid test result within 48 hours of arrival. We wish to provide peace of mind for all of our residents and guests.
