Details of this retreat

We welcome Fiona OʻNeill of Marin, as she offers a delightful summer weekend of movement, mindfulness, and reconnection.
As the long, sun-filled days of summer begin to give way to the cooler temperatures and shorter days of autumn, nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and find a new rhythm. Join Fiona O’Neill for a rejuvenating weekend of yoga, mindfulness, and meaningful connection amidst the peaceful redwood forests of Northern California. This seasonal transition offers a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself as you prepare to welcome the changes ahead.
Through thoughtfully guided yoga, breathwork, meditation, and quiet reflection, we will explore the balance between movement and stillness, activity and rest. Just as nature begins to shift its energy with the changing seasons, we can learn to honor our own need for grounding, renewal, and balance. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Ratna Ling Retreat Center, enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals, peaceful walks along forest trails, and spacious moments to simply relax, breathe, and be present.

Open to practitioners of all levels, this intimate retreat offers a welcoming space to deepen your practice, connect with like-minded friends, and nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're seeking rest, inspiration, or a chance to reset your daily routines, you'll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and better equipped to move into the new season with greater mindfulness, intention, and ease.

My New Favorite Retreat Spot
Ratna Ling Retreat Center was truly a peaceful getaway. I went for a writers' retreat and truly wish I could have stayed longer. The people were incredibly supportive, and the entire space felt calm and welcoming. I loved seeing deer, wild turkeys, and hearing the morning "taps" of the woodpeckers.

The cabins were spacious and spotless, and the vegetarian food was absolutely delicious. Every detail felt thoughtfully cared for. It’s the best retreat (escape) I’ve had in a long time.

I will definitely be going back

Thank you, Ratna Ling Retreat Center, for existing in this world.
