Details of this retreat

Slow down, rest, and gently come back to yourself.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and give endlessly of ourselves, there comes a moment when the most courageous thing we can do is simply pause.

Join Amy Wolff and Kathleen Barnette for a nourishing weekend dedicated to slowing down, softening, and returning to the wisdom that already lives within you. Nestled among the redwoods and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Ratna Ling offers a sanctuary where nature, silence, and community come together to support deep restoration.

Throughout the weekend, we'll weave together the healing traditions that have shaped our lives and our work. Gentle yoga, guided meditation, yin yoga + acupressure & myofascial release, gua sha, restorative yoga & ear seeds, and tea ceremonies + meaningful conversation will create space for both body and mind to unwind.

More than a collection of practices, this retreat is an invitation to remember what it feels like to move with ease, breathe more fully, and reconnect with yourself beneath the demands of everyday life. Together, we'll cultivate a sense of sangha, a supportive community where each person is welcomed exactly as they are, and discover how healing often arises not through striving, but through presence.

Whether you are feeling depleted, navigating a season of transition, or simply longing for time to rest and reconnect, this weekend offers a gentle return to balance. Leave feeling nourished, grounded, and inspired with practical tools you can carry home to support your well-being long after the retreat has ended.

We look forward to welcoming you into this sacred space.

A fantastic place to participant in and host retreats!
I have been to Ratna Ling as a participant and two-time retreat facilitator. It is a fantastic place to participate and also host retreats! The setting is beautiful, the volunteer staff are kind, the food is healthy and delicious, and the yoga room is stunning. As a retreat facilitator, Ratna Ling makes it easy for you and handles the administrative parts so you can focus on what you do best. I look forward to hosting more retreats here in the future.
