Details of this retreat
Munkudil offers one of the best retreats for the best Ayurveda and yoga in the best of nature. Their center is located near the very famous Thattekad Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, on the banks of Periyar River. They provide Ayurvedic rejuvenation treatment and yoga and meditation techniques to refresh the body, mind, and spirit.
