Details of this retreat
Munkudil offers one of the best retreats for the best Ayurveda and yoga in the best of nature. Their center is located near the very famous Thattekad Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, on the banks of Periyar River. They provide Ayurvedic rejuvenation treatment and yoga and meditation techniques to refresh the body, mind, and spirit.

- One Daily session of Yoga

The well being of the guest is the most important factor and the doctor will prescribe therapies only as per the needs. We won't do therapies as per the demand from the guests.)
