Our Yoga Studio lets in a free flow of natural light and air and offers a calm space for meditation. Plan your Yoga retreat at Munkudil with your own trainer and team or under our experienced Yoga guru.

We understand the everyday stress that you go through. Our special package to destress is a combination of Yoga and Ayurveda that lets you relax, refresh and recharge. Our ambience itself is quite refreshing. You may opt for the various activities we have as well.

- Doctor's consultation
- One Daily session of Yoga
- One or more Daily session of Ayurveda therapies per day. (This doesn't mean that there will be two therapies every day. The doctor will prescribe therapies as per the body constitution and health condition and some days there will be two therapies and some days just one. The well being of the guest is the most important factor and the doctor will prescribe therapies only as per the needs. We won't do therapies as per the demand from the guests.)
