Journey to the Heart of Amazonian Ancestral Wisdom
Embark on an 8-day immersive experience in the Putumayo region, near the village of Mocoa,
where nature and ancestral traditions come together.
During your stay, you will be guided by the traditional healer Mauricio through 5 Ayahuasca
ceremonies, held in a safe and respectful setting. These ceremonies offer a profound
opportunity for reflection, reconnection, and inner exploration.
You will also take part in a Temazcal ceremony, guided by a shaman at the heart of a sacred
mountain, creating space for purification and renewal of body and spirit.
Your journey includes a guided excursion into the jungle, allowing you to experience the
richness and beauty of the Amazon rainforest.
You will participate in a cacao ceremony with a visit to the cacao farm, connecting with the
spirit of cacao and its cultural roots.
A herbal bath will offer a soothing and cleansing experience, supporting balance and
relaxation.
Throughout the retreat, there will be time dedicated to integration, meditation, and rest,
allowing you to fully absorb and reflect on your experiences.
This 8-day stay includes lodging and meals in the Putumayo region, near Mocoa, providing a
comfortable and supportive environment for your journey.
Mauricio’s medicine is one of a kind: its preparation takes a full month to harmonize
the processes and create a space of trust for a peaceful inner journey.
The Ayahuasca is prepared without DMT by Mauricio.
The alchemist activates it so that it awakens our own naturally occurring DMT within the body,
allowing for a natural, deep journey perfectly aligned with each person's needs.
Ceremonies take place during the day in a soft, bright, and secure atmosphere,
allowing for exploration in full presence.
At Casa Oraya, you will be warmly welcomed by Virginie, a medicine woman who holds the space
and watches over the participants. Meals are prepared with love and joy, in respect of the traditional
medicine diet.
A sacred moment of sharing, healing, and reconnection to oneself, in an intimate and caring setting
surrounded by nature.
Between ceremonies, we explore different workshops inspired by my own path in medicine.
Sometimes we work with the inner child, sometimes with flowers, sometimes through the body, movement, or self-massage practices.
We also gather for sharing circles throughout the retreat, because integration happens together, through authentic human connection.
On Sunday, we close our journey with a cacao ceremony, a final sharing circle, and a gentle transition back into everyday life.
The retreat may end, but the integration continues.
We stay connected through a group space if the group wishes, and one week later, I reconnect individually with each participant for a personal integration session.
