Dinesh Yogi, a dynamic yoga instructor, specializes in Hatha Yoga, meditation, and pranayama. Inspired by Sujit Guru’s quest for peace in 2014, he studied yoga deeply with Nepal's Yogesh Pokhrel. Over seven years, Dinesh has taught at Kathmandu Meditation School, excelling in Ashtanga, Hatha, therapy, and restorative yoga. A graduate in Eastern Philosophy with 200, 300, and 500-hour Yoga Alliance certifications, his intense practice has led to profound spiritual insights and energy awareness.
Yogini Karuna Thapa is a skilled yoga instructor in Nepal who holds a certification from the Yoga Alliance. She provides students with a thorough and rewarding educational experience at our school by teaching Hatha and Yin Yoga. In addition to her extensive expertise, Karuna has a special talent for establishing productive bonds with students of different backgrounds and ability levels. She is known as one of the greatest yoga instructors in town because of her unique ability to design upbeat and welcoming yoga classes.
Yogini Manisha is Nepal's only certified Iyengar yoga teacher, trained at the prestigious Central Institute of Iyengar Yoga in Pune, India. She is an expert in alignment-based yoga, adept at using props to enhance practice, and is highly skilled in restorative yoga for therapeutic benefits. Manisha's yoga journey includes learning from renowned centers in Mysore, Bangalore, and Pune, and she has shared her expertise internationally, including in Vietnam. With extensive experience and deep knowledge, she is recognized as an exceptional Iyengar yoga teacher in Nepal.
Sujit Guru, a realized sage and meditation trainer, is renowned for guiding others on their spiritual journey with wisdom and effective practices. After studying at top universities, he realized material success couldn’t bring true happiness. Seeking deeper fulfillment, he meditated for nearly a decade in Shivapuri's caves, achieving profound self-realization and connecting with higher realms.
