Hello! I am Krislin Kuuskemaa, the founder of this New Beginning Retreat and I am here to inspire you on your journey of transformation and passion. With 14 years of expertise in body and facial treatments, I have dedicated my life to helping others facing similar challenges.
There is a path towards a better version of yourself, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.I am not just a retreat facilitator; I am a catalyst for the 'New Beginnings' lifestyle. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey towards holistic health and wellness.
Sarah has been teaching yoga and meditation for 5 years, with 10+ years of dedicated practice and experience in the wellness industry, with a background in mindful movement (including Vinyasa, yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, and various meditation practices). She has done additional studies in Tantric Hatha, the Chakra system, and over the last 3+ years has written about yoga, wellness, nutrition, and mental health for various clients in the well-being industry.
