Getting Here
Directions
Take the highway (Autostrada A1) from Firenze towards Roma.
Turn off at BETTOLLE-VAL DI CHIANA , follow the ss75bis (Highway) towards PERUGIA.
Turn off at CORTONA 2nd exit.
When you get to CAMUCIA drive up the hill towards CORTONA.
After about 2 Km turn right towards MERCATALE.
Following towards MERCATALE [17 km] you’ll go by the villages of PERGO and MONTANARE.
When you get to MERCATALE, follow towards UMBERTIDE, after 2 km turn left towards SEANO.
After the turn off, the road goes uphill, most of the time it is a dirt track, after 800 metres you’ll get to TERZO DI DANCIANO.
From ROMA
Take the highway (Autostrada A1) Rome - Firenze.
Turn off at ORTE and follow the Highway E45 towards Cesena-Perugia.
BEFORE the town of Perugia, driving on E45, take the direction CESENA (don\'t go to Perugia-Florence!!).
Still driving on E45 turn off at Umbertide - Gubbio and follow signs to Umbertide (left), when you get to the centre of UMBERTIDE after 5km, follow signs to Città di Castello.
When you get to Niccone, turn left (Cortona, Tuoro, Mercatale) and drive for 14km.
You’ll go by the small villages of Molino Vitelli, Spedalicchio and S.Andrea di Sorbello.
After 3 km past S.A. Sorbello follow the sigh SEANO on the right hand side. Take it easy the turning point is at the end of a curve!!
After the turn off, the road goes uphill, most of the time it is a dirt track, after 800 metres you’ll get to TERZO DI DANCIANO.
