Monday, April 28, 18:00h-19:30h Webinar.
Getting to know the hosts and participants: We create a cozy and trusting atmosphere so that you feel comfortable and open. Tuning into the energy field, immersing you in a deep present moment.
Theoretical part: We will formulate your goal and you will learn how to realize your purpose, revealing your full potential. And how to light a fire inside and live at 100%
Practical part: You will master the meditation for peace and clarity "Stillness" to clear the mind from the noise of thoughts.
Implementation of practice: You will receive homework to practice the acquired skills in life.
Detox mode: You will switch to a light diet and limit information noise to cleanse the body and relieve stress on the psyche.
Wednesday, April 30, 18:00h-19:30h Webinar.
Theoretical part: We will analyze the homework and answer all the questions. You will understand how the psyche is cleansed, how internal blocks go away, and how a new series of events is formed on the way to the goal. You will learn where to get energy and how not to drain it, why fears and mood swings arise. You will learn safety techniques for soft and deep transformations during the retreat.
Retreat:
Starts on May 2 at 10h.
Ends on May 4 at 18h
Practice starts at 7am and ends at 21h. On Friday practice starts at 10h, and on Sunday it ends at 18h. Practices include yoga, meditation, prayer, conscious walk in nature, laughter, listening wisdom audios on awakening and the path, reading wisdom texts, reflection.
With two nights accommodation and detox meals included.
Integration into life May 6 - 10:
Tuesday, May 6 at 18:00h - 19:30h Webinar “The key to daily happiness”.
Theoretical part: We learn to apply the principles of stillness into everyday life. You will learn to use the practice not only as a way to calm the mind, but also as a key to accepting yourself and the world around you. You will receive a technique that removes the struggle with life at the level of the mind and body and will fill you with vitality and joy. You will learn how to apply the acquired skills to improve relationships, achieve goals and be happy.
Practical part: We will repeat the elements covered and give keys for a deeper understanding and feeling of happiness.
Consolidation of practice: You will receive homework to deepen the acquired skills of mindfulness in life.
Thursday May 8 at 18:00h - 19:30h Webinar “Become the creator of your reality and a contribution to this world”.
Theoretical part: You will feel the power of the main law of life: how to become even stronger and happier by giving more. You will understand how to consciously create your reality, creating a strong environment around you, an atmosphere of abundance and well-being.
Practical part: We will repeat the elements covered and give you keys on how to become a source of strength for your surroundings with the help of practice.
Consolidation of practice: Practical homework for breaking through into a new reality.
Saturday May 10 at 18:00h - 19:30h Webinar “Personal case analysis: going beyond”.
Satsang session: We analyse your specific questions, focus on what is blocking development and offer solutions to help you reach a new level of reality.
Analysis of personal cases: We help you not only to go beyond the usual, but also to understand what is really preventing you from moving forward.
