Morning Yoga Session
Start your day with a revitalizing yoga practice that includes asanas (postures) to improve flexibility and strength, pranayama (breath control) for energy regulation, and meditation techniques to cultivate inner stillness. Our morning sessions are structured to harmonize body and mind, preparing you for a day of learning and self-discovery.

Yoga Theory & Philosophy
Yoga is not merely a physical exercise but a profound way of life. This session delves into the Philosophy of Yoga, including its origins, ancient texts, and core teachings. Learn about different types of yoga—Hatha Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga—and understand how they contribute to holistic well-being. We will also explore yoga as a therapy, discussing its role in healing physical and emotional imbalances.

The Importance of Self-Practice
Developing a personal yoga practice is essential for true growth. This segment emphasizes the significance of self-discipline and consistency in deepening one's practice. Afternoon Yoga Practice

The retreat will conclude with a check-out at 12 PM on the final day, followed by a ceremonial lunch at 1 PM, providing a moment to reflect, share experiences, and bid farewell to the journey undertaken together

Other options according to guest feedback are flying to Naples and then reach Brindisi by car or train.
