About this Retreat
From the beginning of my career, I’ve been passionate about understanding the human mind and helping people reconnect with their inner resilience. Over the past decade, I’ve walked diverse professional paths—from psychotherapy in private practice and working with vulnerable adolescents, to leading wellness programs for organizations and contributing to international research in emotional education.
What began as a commitment to emotional well-being gradually evolved. As I immersed myself deeper into organizational psychology and therapeutic practices, I found myself drawn to more integrative and transformative healing approaches.
In recent years, my journey led me to the fascinating world of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Through both rigorous academic training and personal exploration, I discovered the profound potential of substances like psilocybin (magic mushrooms) when used responsibly and ethically in a therapeutic setting. These experiences deeply resonated with my mission to facilitate meaningful healing and transformation.
Now, standing at the intersection of psychology, emotional education, and expanded states of consciousness, I’m launching a new venture: a company dedicated to merging psychedelic medicine with therapeutic psychology. My goal is to create a safe, evidence-based space where people can explore, heal, and evolve—integrating the wisdom of traditional therapy with the awakening potential of plant-based medicine.

Safety, Preparation & Integration
To ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone, all participants must complete a confidential pre-screening form before joining the retreat. This screening helps identify any medical conditions, psychological vulnerabilities, or medications that may be contraindicated with the use of psilocybin, ensuring that each guest is ready and aligned for this journey.
In the weeks prior to the retreat, participants will receive detailed dietary and lifestyle preparation guidelines, which include recommendations to reduce or eliminate caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, and certain medications. These guidelines are designed to optimize the body’s receptivity and promote mental clarity for the ceremony.
Our ceremonies are led by a highly experienced facilitator with [X] years of practice in working with psilocybin and other entheogens. Trained in both indigenous ceremonial traditions and modern therapeutic approaches, the facilitator creates a trauma-informed, compassionate container for deep inner work. Our team has a long-standing personal and professional relationship with the facilitator, ensuring a cohesive and trusted environment.
The psilocybin used in the ceremony is ethically sourced and cultivated in controlled settings, ensuring purity, consistency, and sustainability. The medicine is handled with deep respect for its sacred nature.
A detailed safety protocol is in place throughout the retreat. This includes access to trained professionals, nearby emergency services, and a support team skilled in emotional regulation and crisis response. All participants are held with care and close attention throughout the experience.
After the retreat, each participant receives post-ceremony integration support, including a 1:1 integration session within the following week. Additional group calls and curated resources are also offered to help integrate insights into daily life and sustain meaningful transformation.
