About this Retreat
From the beginning of my career, I’ve been passionate about understanding the human mind and helping people reconnect with their inner resilience. Over the past decade, I’ve walked diverse professional paths—from psychotherapy in private practice and working with vulnerable adolescents, to leading wellness programs for organizations and contributing to international research in emotional education.
What began as a commitment to emotional well-being gradually evolved. As I immersed myself deeper into organizational psychology and therapeutic practices, I found myself drawn to more integrative and transformative healing approaches.
In recent years, my journey led me to the fascinating world of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Through both rigorous academic training and personal exploration, I discovered the profound potential of substances like psilocybin (magic mushrooms) when used responsibly and ethically in a therapeutic setting. These experiences deeply resonated with my mission to facilitate meaningful healing and transformation.
Now, standing at the intersection of psychology, emotional education, and expanded states of consciousness, I’m launching a new venture: a company dedicated to merging psychedelic medicine with therapeutic psychology. My goal is to create a safe, evidence-based space where people can explore, heal, and evolve—integrating the wisdom of traditional therapy with the awakening potential of plant-based medicine.
Originally from Mexico and living in Barcelona since 2005,
I’m a mother of four, an artist by nature, and a former youth pastor turned facilitator of deep inner journeys.
My life has always revolved around helping people reconnect — not with fake light or spiritual shortcuts, but through depth, discomfort, and the kind of honesty that leads to actual change
.
At Henko Social Club, I co-create therapeutic psilocybin retreats rooted in psychological safety, emotional clarity, and quiet, sacred structure. I work alongside licensed therapists and experienced facilitators to ensure each journey is intentional, contained, and anchored in something real.

Welcome to Our Retreat Sanctuary in Platges de Fornells, Menorca
Tucked away in the tranquil north of Menorca, our private retreat house offers a serene haven surrounded by raw Mediterranean beauty. Located in Platges de Fornells, a peaceful coastal area known for its unspoiled coves, turquoise waters, and gentle sea breeze, the house is a perfect setting for deep connection, inner journeys, and collective presence.
The house features five double bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy while maintaining a sense of simplicity and warmth. Each room opens to natural light and carries the peaceful energy of the surroundings. Some have views of the garden, others offer a glimpse of the sea or Menorca’s earthy inland landscape.
The common areas are open and inviting—ideal for sharing meals, integration circles, and moments of quiet contemplation. The living space flows into a large outdoor terrace where sunrises paint the sky and nights are lit by stars. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and shaded corners perfect for journaling, meditation, or resting.
Surrounding the house are walking paths that lead to hidden beaches, pine forests, and rocky cliffs overlooking the endless blue of the Mediterranean. The energy here is grounding and expansive—ideal for deepening connection with nature, self, and others.
Just a short walk or drive from Cala Tirant and the charming village of Fornells, you’ll also find local restaurants, traditional architecture, and the slow, authentic rhythm that defines Menorca.
Whether you’re stepping into ceremony, unwinding in silence, or sharing stories with kindred spirits, this space holds you—softly, spaciously, with reverence for the process.
This transformative 3-day retreat is designed to support deep healing of both body and mind through a variety of powerful practices. Guests will experience grounding exercises, personalized nutritious meals, and guided sessions with a therapist or facilitator. The program includes healing modalities such as microdosing magic mushrooms, cacao ceremonies, yoga, live music, art therapy, journaling, and integrative workshops.
Highlights include sunrise yoga, conscious creation sessions, therapeutic art, massage and acupuncture treatments, and sacred circles designed to open, connect, and ground. With a flexible schedule tailored to the needs of the group, each moment is crafted to support personal transformation in a safe, nourishing, and intentional space.
Safety, Preparation & Integration
To ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone, all participants must complete a confidential pre-screening form before joining the retreat. This screening helps identify any medical conditions, psychological vulnerabilities, or medications that may be contraindicated with the use of psilocybin, ensuring that each guest is ready and aligned for this journey.
In the weeks prior to the retreat, participants will receive detailed dietary and lifestyle preparation guidelines, which include recommendations to reduce or eliminate caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, and certain medications. These guidelines are designed to optimize the body’s receptivity and promote mental clarity for the ceremony.
Our ceremonies are led by a highly experienced facilitator with 18 years of practice in working with psilocybin and other entheogens. Trained in both indigenous ceremonial traditions and modern therapeutic approaches, the facilitator creates a trauma-informed, compassionate container for deep inner work. Our team has a long-standing personal and professional relationship with the facilitator, ensuring a cohesive and trusted environment.
The psilocybin used in the ceremony is ethically sourced and cultivated in controlled settings, ensuring purity, consistency, and sustainability. The medicine is handled with deep respect for its sacred nature.
A detailed safety protocol is in place throughout the retreat. This includes access to trained professionals, nearby emergency services, and a support team skilled in emotional regulation and crisis response. All participants are held with care and close attention throughout the experience.
After the retreat, each participant receives post-ceremony integration support, including a 1:1 integration session within the following week. Additional group calls and curated resources are also offered to help integrate insights into daily life and sustain meaningful transformation.
