About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Take time for yourself and shine a light on your sacred journey. This Mother's Day weekend, discover how to end repetitive cycles of stress and suffering, heal the division between your World Self and your Sacred Self, and dissolve the obstacles that keep you from joy, so your sacred path and embodied wisdom can come into view.
Join the mother-and-daughter team of Iswari and Mahadevi for a guided exploration of a trauma-informed, evidence-based navigation system rooted in yoga, meditation, psychology, Eastern philosophy, and neuroscience. Together we will embody practices that support healing and awaken intuitive wisdom and joy, and we will access the innate intelligence and healing power that guide you home to your true nature: your Sacred Self.
What We'll Explore

Healing the World Self/Sacred Self division, and treading a path to self-aligned action
The five subtle bodies, explored through witnessing consciousness, and the messengers that lead us to wholeness
The inner critic: assessing and defusing its "thought bombs," and mobilizing aligned self-narratives
Neuroception: befriending it to bring peace to your nervous system
Clearing the obstacles on the path of your mythological journey
Your LOFT (Line of Flight–Transformation) Action Plan, to carry the weekend into self-aligned action at home

How We'll Work Together
Through daily practice, yoga nidra, writing reflection, partner and group exploration, and deep listening in community, you'll tap into a feeling of joy, grounding, and alignment with your inner wisdom, and discover the super-competent life navigator you already are.
Each participant receives the LifeBreath workbook, Clear the Path: Resources for the Sacred Self, at the start of the program. It holds the materials for deep learning over the weekend and for ongoing practice afterward.
Clear the Path is an invitation to practice, explore, and transform in divine connection with a community of like-hearted Yogaville adventurers. Set in Yogaville's beautiful, nurturing environment, we hope you can join us.
