• Tobacco Ceremony – cleansing and opening the retreat space
Day 2 – First Ceremony
Morning (9:00 AM):
• Fasting preparation for Plant Medicine
• breakfast: Water of the day & stomach cleansing with Hierbaluisa (Lemongrass)
Afternoon (1:00 PM):
• Water of the moment
• Lecture: Origins of Ayahuasca, Chacruna, and Tobacco
• Sauna Cleansing 1 with Amazonian plants (Ayahuma bark, Catahua bark, Black Patiquina leaf, Toe, Piñón Colorado, …)
• Full-body plant bath: Piñón Colorado & Marusa – washing away negative energy
Evening (6:30 PM):
No dinner
• Ayahuasca Ceremony – guided by Shipibo maestros
Blowing with icarado tobacco
Drinking ayahuasca & chacruna brew
Spiritual diagnosis & cleansing with Florida water
Day 3 – Integration & Renewal
Morning:
• Fasting until 9:00 AM
• Stomach cleansing with plant infusions: Piñón Colorado leaf, Marusa & Lemongrass – relief for pain, fever, or dizziness
Afternoon:
• Dialogue with maestros: reflections and open questions from the ceremony
• Sauna Cleansing 2 with healing plants
• Full-body plant bath with Piñón Colorado & Marusa
Evening (6:30 PM): Dinner & rest
Day 4 – Plant Teachings & Ceremony
Morning:
• Fasting until 9:00 AM, cleansing breakfast with herbal teas
Afternoon (1:00 PM):
• Stomach cleansing Plant infusion
• Guided walk & recognition of medicinal plants: learning functions and properties
• Sauna Cleansing 3 with traditional plants
• Full-body plant bath with Piñón Colorado & Marusa
Evening:
• Ayahuasca Ceremony – deep inner and outer spiritual cleansing
Day 5 – Plant Wisdom & Cultural Exchange
Morning:
• Fasting until 9:00 AM, head-only bath with healing herbs
Afternoon (1:00 PM):
• Drink plant-infused water (Tanti Rao – calming plants)
• Dialogue with maestros: reflections and teachings
• Talk: Medicinal plants & Shipibo designs
• Offering & sharing of Shipibo handicrafts
• Full-body blooming bath with aromatic plants for luck, love, business, and travel
Evening: Rest & integration
Day 6 – Nature Connection & Final Ceremony
Morning:
• Breakfast with calming Tanti Rao herbal teas
• Day trip: Chia Tipishca Lake visit
Afternoon (1:00 PM):
• Drink plant-infused water - Calming and soothing effects
• Talk: “Who are the Onanya, Onanya Raomis, and Meraya?”
• Full-body blooming bath with aromatic plants for blessings and protection
Evening:
• Final Ayahuasca Ceremony - spiritual cleansing of the outer and inner body,
Panati and Spiritual Arcana - plant diet & energy protection

Day 7 – Closing & Farewell

• Breakfast with calming herbal tea

• Diet-cutting ceremony – traditional closure of the plant diet
• Farewell lunch: typical jungle food & drinks in the Sanin Nmai style
