About this Retreat
I am originally from Norway and have been living in Barcelona since 2001. After a long career in consulting, where I supported leaders in achieving meaningful change, I became aware of a deep imbalance in my own life. This led me to seek support to rebuild myself—and it soon became clear that I wanted to make a professional shift toward accompanying others on their personal journeys.
I have trained in Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Sexual Therapy, Integrative Personal Development, Meditation, and Mindfulness—combining rational, emotional, bodily, and psycho-spiritual approaches. I’ve been practising various forms of meditation since the age of 14, and when combined with silence, I believe these are two essential tools for learning and deepening the path toward continuous self-listening.
As a therapist, I believe in healing and growth through a safe and attuned relational space, and in finding balance among personal, professional, and spiritual needs. I also bring this awareness into the retreats I guide, ensuring that participants feel held and supported throughout their process.
Philosopher and researcher of the human condition from a psycho-spiritual perspective.
Trained in Gestalt therapy (EMTG), integrative psychotherapy and the Enneagram (Claudio Naranjo's SAT program), as well as in music (cello) and dance. Practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga and Meditation within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
My search is rooted in a critical and compassionate inquiry into identity, and in effortless transformation—one that arises organically. I understand therapy as an encounter with one’s own shadow and limits, a process of deconstructing the image and the behavioural patterns we’ve solidified over time, in order to discover a more authentic way of being—free from internal conditioning.
The spiritual path, for me, is an inward journey that inevitably leads us back outward. We seek within in order to then offer. In this process, meditation is the way.
As a cellist, I participate in various musical projects. I view music as a path of self-knowledge and truth—a symbolic language that allows us to express and share deep inner experiences. It is art, but also spiritual nourishment and a channel for connecting with the divine.
In the same way, I see creativity as a manifestation of spontaneity and awareness. To create is to open oneself to what transcends us, to allow something greater to move through us.
In this silent retreat, I share my experience with the intention of offering a space for exploration and deep listening, where silence, music, and presence guide us on the path back to ourselves.
Details of this retreat
A weekend for you in a privileged setting, surrounded by nature. We will combine individual and group activities, silence, meditation, and honest self-observation. All of this in silence and complete digital disconnection.
Nature and Meditation - Digital Disconnect and Relaxation - Music and Inspiration - Contemplation
Proposal - Going Slow
The essence of connecting and disconnecting lies in continuous observation. Through silence and slowness, we will try to listen, understand, and go deeper.
To achieve this, we offer you an attractive and safe environment, far from the usual sources of noise and stimuli. In this space, we will encounter silence and move towards inner peace.
Conscious Activities
We will practice different types of meditation, incorporating music as a medium. If the weather allows, we will go into the forest and the mountains. During meals, we will explore mindfulness through care and enjoyment. Guided group meditations. Guided conscious and silent activities. Meditation with live music. Walks in the forest with mindful hiking. Connecting with the forest and the trees. Mindful meals. Symbolic disconnection (and voluntarily handing over) of phones.
Who is it for?
For people of all ages and genders—both beginners looking to start their practice and experienced meditators wishing to deepen their journey. These activites work for all levels, beginners to experienced. As we are a selected number of people we are able to cater to each persons needs.
