About this Retreat
I am originally from Norway and have been living in Barcelona since 2001. After a long career in consulting, where I supported leaders in achieving meaningful change, I became aware of a deep imbalance in my own life. This led me to seek support to rebuild myself—and it soon became clear that I wanted to make a professional shift toward accompanying others on their personal journeys.
I have trained in Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Sexual Therapy, Integrative Personal Development, Meditation, and Mindfulness—combining rational, emotional, bodily, and psycho-spiritual approaches. I’ve been practising various forms of meditation since the age of 14, and when combined with silence, I believe these are two essential tools for learning and deepening the path toward continuous self-listening.
As a therapist, I believe in healing and growth through a safe and attuned relational space, and in finding balance among personal, professional, and spiritual needs. I also bring this awareness into the retreats I guide, ensuring that participants feel held and supported throughout their process.
My yogi journey started on 2015 in Brazil, my home country. Since 2019, already living in Spain, I've been teaching groups and individuals as a yoga instructor (registered by Yoga Alliance).
Trained in Gestalt therapy (2021 - 24) and the Enneagram (Claudio Naranjo's SAT program, 2016 - 25), I've also integrated the yoga as a holistic resource in my psychotherapist work.
I offer practices that combines energetic yoga types (Ashtanga and Vinyasa) with restorative approaches (Yin). The aim is to promote and improve physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being through a combination of the postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation (consciousness).
I'm also experienced at Vipassana Meditation, as Taught by S.N. Goenka in the Tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin, from Myanmar. Animals and nature lover, I deeply enjoy organising and participating in retreats, guiding practices and cooking :)
Details of this retreat
A weekend for you in a privileged setting, surrounded by nature. We will combine individual and group activities, focusing in yoga, meditation, and honest self-observation.
NATURE, YOGA AND MEDITATION
Relaxation - Inspiration - Contemplation
PROPOSAL - GOING DEEPER
The essence of connecting and disconnecting lies in continuous presence. Through observation and slowness, we will exercise a deep listening of our bodies, sensations, thoughts to increase our consciousness. Always cultivating a non judgemental attitude.
To achieve this, we offer you an attractive and safe environment, far from the usual sources of noise and stimuli. In this space, we will encounter the perfect balance to cultivate inner peace.
CONSCIOUS ACTIVITIES
We will practice different types of yoga and meditation, supported by music and also silence. If the weather allows, we will go into the forest and the mountains. During meals, we will explore mindfulness through care and enjoyment. Also, we will enjoy from:
- Guided group yoga classes and meditations.
- Guided conscious activities.
- Meditation with music.
- Walks in the forest with mindful hiking.
- Mindful meals.
- Symbolic disconnection (and voluntarily handing over) of phones.
