We are “Prana Foundation”, a team dedicated to preserving traditional Earth medicines and making them safely available in Europe. Currently most of our retreats are in Portugal under the guidance of Devi Chandra Ma, a Mexican medicine woman with over 20 years of experience in multiple healing modalities. In this special Retreat we have joined forces and created alliances with other amazing Healers of South America and the world.

For this Amazing Weekend Retreat we will have the power of 2 Mexican Medicine Woman: Devi Chandra Ma our Founder and Amina Tezcatlahuilli and by casualty we celebrate the Great Divine Power of the Mother Guadalupe, Tonantzin Tlali for the Mexica people who represents the compassion and Abundance of Mother Earth.
With this intention we join strenghts to open a Bigger group and open this call to those that are looking for deep Healing and transformation with compassion, yes Plant Medicine can be done with kindness! and professional hands at same time.

We present Amina a Healer, curandera, from Mexico by first time joining forces with Prana Portugal on this Sacred Service.

Amina has at least 20 years on the Spiritual path, Her path as been guided by traditional Medicine participating into different Traditional Diets with Ayahuasca , Bobinsana, Noya Rao as Suchuwasi. By the side also Amina also has integrated into her practice a Master on Psychotherapy , as well as been a yoga instructor, Breathwork facilitator and Massage Therapist certified in Assia. Her path as well as Devi Chandra Ma is to Integrate modern aproach of healing with the Use of Plant Medicines in order to reach a higher healing and more consistent one.

Amina has been leading retreats all over the world and assist a very deep healing with personal approach and using her background in Psychology to assist after with Inegration, so she can wave the both worlds together.

on This Weekend Healing our Hearts will be lead by the love and voices of Both of our Main Curanderas, Devi & Amina to provide a safe Net and Assist you with their different gifts and modalities during the Healing Ceremonies.

Is important to mention that the whole group will be assisted by a team of Facilitators with different capacities and committed to serve and assist us during the whole ceremony.

You will mentally and physically prepare for the ceremony, and one of the most effective ways to prepare for immersion is to set intentions. It will help you recenter and ground yourself during the ceremony. You will discuss your intention with the shaman, and clarify what is your purpose to do this work and what would be your ideal outcome. You will receive guidance on how to create specific intentions which will enable you to experience profound healing.

2 Ayahuasca ceremonies led by our Healers and depending on the size or our group, trained Facilitators on the Retreat

During the ceremonies, it is the role of Our Medicine Women to make sure that a sacred field can be created. They hold space by staying centered, acting as energetic anchors throughout the ceremony. Medicine Songs so called "Ikaros" are sung by our shaman during the ceremony in order to direct Ayahuasca’s healing powers.

This special Retreat will have max of 20 ppl per group, Ensuring that we can have enough capacity to assist and guide also individually your process with our 2 curanderas and a team of informed and trained facilitators. Our Mission is Healing in the safest way possible and Connecting deeply with each one of our participants makes this Healing a super profound One.

During the ceremony a concentration of energies is created, on different frequencies and generating different experiences. For the shaman and facilitators to be able to work most effectively and to enhance each individual journey, we limit the number of participants. This also allows for close bonding between the participants.

→Through integration circles after each ceremony with the Team

Integration is the most important element in working with plant medicine. As one of the first integration steps, you will take part in sharing circles, which will deepen your understanding as you reflect on the group’s experiences. However integration is not just about new understandings, it is crucial to also apply them. Although you are advised not to act on big life decisions within the first few weeks, you should make specific plans so that new ways of being take root in your life and become part of you.

» CEREMONIAL NIGHT «

Stage 1: Breathwork & guided meditation prepares you for the sacred plant spirits and calms both mind and body.
Stage 2: Rapé intake helps to focus the mind and cleanse any non-serving energy. It grounds you and serves as a gate opener to other realms of consciousness.
Stage 3: Ayahuasca ceremony. The light of the candle is dimmed and we breathe in silence and complete darkness. After period of time, Icaros and Mantras are sung to remove blockages and help you stay centered. On top of that, traditional instruments are played to strengthen the healing vibrations that support the opening of your energy channels.
Stage 4:Nourishments & after care. When our Medicine Woman close the healing, tea and fruits are brought to the center of the Maloca for you to enjoy
Stage 5: Integration: The day after the Ayahuasca ceremony, we come together in a sharing circle. For you to share what you have learnt. Devi Chandra Ma and Amina will then aid you on how these teachings can be integrated in your life.
Stage 6. REST
Stage 7. our last day we will offer a Temazcalli, Traditional Sweat Lodge for those needing extra healing and nourishment optional

*Sacred medicine ceremonies are intense for the body. Practicing asanas and relaxation on the days following a ceremony are a great way to recover in a healthy and effective way.

» IMPORTANT «

Our organic meals are made with love and care.
The day of the ceremony begins with a simple vegetarian breakfast, followed by a light vegetarian lunch. For some individual cases, a vegan diet or even fasting may be recommended. The meals are light and healthy, with minimum or zero products of animal origin. We recommend that you do not eat after 3:00pm, or at least five hours prior to the session. You can drink, but only water or herbal tea.
