About this Retreat
Root Cause Assessment with Gunter; Gunter’s unique approach blends energy medicine with grounded self-awareness tools. In three one-on-one sessions, he will guide you through a layered exploration of your energetic blueprint to uncover root imbalances that may be affecting your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. By combining Human Design and Radionics, he’s able to map where blockages in your system may be inhibiting healing and growth. You will receive comprehensive reports of your energetic assessment; the Human Design energetic blue print, the Vertebral Energetic Flow Report and a Resilience Assessment report. Each offering insight, clarity, and a framework for continued transformation.
Ursula Thormeyer practices The Emotion and Body Code, her background includes Physiotherapy, Polarity Therapy, and EFT. She came across The Emotion Code in 2009, and received her accreditation in the beginning of 2013, followed by The Body Code accreditation in February 2014.
Ursula uses applied kinesiology or muscle testing to identify imbalances causing emotional or physical issues. This technique taps into the subconscious mind, which stores all information about the body, even details we consciously forget. Emotions are pure energy, and when trapped they disrupt the body's natural frequency leading to imbalances. By accessing the subconscious "database," we can quickly correct these imbalances. A magnet is used along the governing meridian to release trapped energy, even remotely, with the practitioner acting as a proxy for the client. This process restores balance and promotes healing.
Tammy is a a qualified yoga instructor and breathwork practitioner through Breathwork Africa. Breathwork Africa, is a certified professional school with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and partner of the International Breathwork Foundation, committed to certifying ethical and professional practitioners.

In this session with Tammy, you’ll be invited to explore the healing power of your breath as a pathway to emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep self-awareness. A Conscious Connected Breathwork experience bypasses the analytical mind, inviting stored tension and unprocessed emotions to surface and be released. This is a cocooned, supported space for profound breakthroughs—whether through clarity, release, or a deepened sense of wholeness.
Monochord Bed; a deeply restorative session that weaves vibrational healing with subtle body awareness. Kirstin uses a therapeutic string instrument known as the monochord to create a field of harmonics that gently resonate with the body’s energetic system.
While you lie on the sound bed, your entire being is bathed in frequencies proven to support healing and relaxation. Each session may also include elements of kinesiology, myosteopractice, fascia release, deep tissue massage, reflexology, neurogenic trauma release, Resonance 118 frequency healing, colour therapy, and energy healing—depending on what your body is asking for in the moment.
