About Darkness Retreat Africa
Darkness Retreat Africa
Mission & Vision
Darkness Retreat Africa exists because, in a world devoted to light and distraction, we have lost the art of simply being, in stillness with our own mind. In complete, carefully supported Darkness, the nervous system can settle, the senses turn inward, and we begin to see what usually stays hidden: our fears, our creativity, and our basic goodness. We offer private dark-room retreats, grounded in psychological safety and simple nourishment, for sincere seekers, engaged humans, and creatives who long to rest yet also to wake up. Our mission is to support Rest – Rejuvenation – Revelation by partnering with the ancient teacher, Darkness. Our vision is that guests return to their lives more lucid, compassionate, and free to participate wisely in the world.
