With certifications in Yoga RYT200, Yin & Therapeutic Yoga, Reiki, and Womb Healing, and ongoing studies in Quantum Healing and Human Design, Audrey brings both depth and intuition to her practice. She has developed a unique method that works through the chakras, helping people release emotional and physical blockages while cultivating harmony and inner strength. Audrey’s connection to the healing power of stones, plants, essential oils, and ritual adds a grounding and sensory dimension to her work.
