In Essence, I Am is an intimate transformative 5-day Kundalini Yoga Women's retreat held at Casa Lily Spiritual Retreats in Jávea, Costa Blanca, Spain.
Nestled on the slopes of the magical Montgó and the Mediterranean, this intimate gathering is guided by me, Magic Mel, and my mentor, Sierra Siri Prakash, lead trainer of the Kundalini Research Institute.
Together we weave Kundalini Yoga, women’s teachings, self-inquiry, ritual, and deep rest into a powerful journey of healing and remembrance.
With a maximum of 6 participants, this retreat invites you to step away from the noise, reconnect with your essence, and return home to yourself — held in the embrace of an intimate circle sisterhood, nature, and nourishing food.

Accommodation
We offer one room at Casa Lily Spiritual Retreats - the retreat venue itself- and another two rooms at Ca' Maria, located only 3mins away by car / 18mins by foot. Both Casa Lily and Ca' Maria are beautiful rustic villas with carefully designed artistic interiors, cozy and welcoming, on the slopes of the magical mountain Montgó.
Single Private Room Casa Lily - It is perfect for resting, recharging, healing, and getting inspired. This is where the actual retreat activities of "In Essence, I AM" will take place. Soak in and enjoy the eclectic and creative atmosphere of Casa Lily. We are located on the slopes of the magical mountain Montgo, only a 6-minute car drive away from the old town of Javea, and 12 minutes to the port and beach. No public transport: A car is necessary. Stay in our villa's guest room with adjacent private bathroom. The room is equipped with fan and air conditioning, and a queen size bed (150cm x 190cm).
Single Private Room Ca' Maria - This is a welcoming room with a queen size bed (150cm x 190cm) , complete with its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom, and ceiling fan offering comfort, privacy, and ease during your stay. You also get free access to high-speed wifi internet. The general space: Ca' Maria offers guests a tranquil, rejuvenating, home-away-from-home experience with kitchen, pool and exterior access. It is a family and cozy house at the foot of the Montgó, in a quiet area. Guest access: You can enjoy the garden and pool with peace of mind. Depending on the time you can use the kitchen, please ask first. Other things to note: The house is 2 km from the center of the village, and 3 mins drive / 18 mins walk from Casa Lily, the hosting place of the retreat "In Essence, I AM". This room is offered as retreat package for either private single at 1,100eur per person, or a shared double room at 900eur per person - first come first serve. The price listed is per person.

Casa Lily is a creative hub and spiritual retreat: perfect to rest, recharge, heal, & get inspired. Located on the slopes of the magical mountain Montgó in Jávea, Costa Blanca, Spain. Originally my family's house, I adapted it into a retreat centre, after I myself healed and recovered in this space after a breakdown in 2019. We have a large kitchen and two beautiful rooms for guests. The shalla is our spacious living room, now also community space. We have ample terraces, garden and a pool.
