Danielle is the founder of Senses: A Somatic Experience, a somatic practice devoted to trauma recovery, emotional wellbeing, and embodied care. Her work is shaped by both lived experience and professional practice. Having navigated her own journey of trauma and addiction recovery, she understands deeply how experience becomes held within the body and nervous system.
Over the past decade, Danielle has devoted her work to the study of somatic psychology, trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and embodiment. She draws from relational, body-centered approaches to create therapeutic spaces where emotional safety, compassionate attunement, and thoughtful pacing allow deeper healing to unfold.
Guided by the belief that the body holds an innate capacity for healing, Danielle's work supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves through greater awareness, regulation, and embodied change.
