About YanaSamyay

Mission & Vision

The mission is to create a space where people can step away from the constant noise of the outside world and reconnect with what’s real inside themselves. It is a space where silence is not just the absence of sound, but a doorway to deep listening. A space where darkness is not something to be feared, but a return to the womb of the earth, where the mind can soften and the body can remember its natural rhythm.

The vision is to reawaken ancient ways of being that modern life has forgotten. Silence and darkness have been used across cultures for centuries as tools for insight, clarity, and connection. This retreat honors that wisdom and brings it into a contemporary context. The goal is not transcendence or escape. It is to ground fully into the body, the present moment, and the truth.
