Bufo Alvarius Retreats

Isa was a wonderful guide. She helped me prepare for the ceremony in advance with useful information to help me take advantage of the full experience. Her calm and positive nature was very important for me as this was my first experience with Bufo. Being well prepared is very important, Isa was there throughout the whole process starting with the physical stretching and the breath work in addition to helping me to clear my mind ahead of the journey. Once in the journey, Isa's calm presence was felt at all times and helped me navigate with soft percussion sounds vibrating through my body. I look forward to this experience again in the future and will definitely seek it under the wonderful guiding of Isa.

Very well organized and professionally held by the highly experienced, caring and beautiful Isa. It was my first time and it couldn't have been any safer. The environment is amazing and quiet. Isa's background singing was priceless... Lovely support before and after.

Isa was very good at helping me feel so comfortable and safe. Her way with the tea bath and spirit cleanse allowed me to open up fully to be ready to embrace all that came.
