About Millpond Yoga
Millpond Yoga
Mission & Vision
Millpond Yoga exists to provide an inclusive, supportive space for well-being, mindfulness, and self-connection. Led by Mark Cooper, it makes yoga accessible to all levels, focusing on balance, strength, and awareness rather than flexibility. Its retreats, such as the Winter Wellness Retreat, combine yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, sound healing, journaling, and nourishing food to help participants recharge and build resilience. Co-created with Clare Mike, an Ayurveda practitioner, the retreats blend movement, mindfulness, and self-care rooted in ancient wisdom and modern practice. Their purpose is to offer safe, welcoming environments where people can restore energy, develop practical wellness tools, and find community beyond daily distractions.

Newhouse Farm Cottages is a 30-minute drive from Junction 27 of the M5. Leave the motorway at Junction 27 and take the A361 North Devon Link Road towards Tiverton/Barnstaple. Leave the A361 at the first roundabout by turning left and following the signs to Witheridge and the B3137. Take the second exit on the first mini roundabout and at the next roundabout turn right (Kennedy Way), passing Morrisons supermarket on your left (straight across at that roundabout) and then turn right at the next roundabout. Look out for the sign for the B3137 to Witheridge, the second turning on the left (Long Drag Hill).
Drive through the villages of Withleigh and Nomansland and when you get to Witheridge drive through the village, passing on the right The Mitre Inn. Take the next right immediately after passing the church and drive down the hill. Cross the river at the bottom and bear right, signed Rose Ash. Follow the road up the valley beneath the trees and Newhouse Farm Cottages is the second entrance on the left.
