She is dedicated to functional beverages, unraveling of old somatic patterns, community connection and nurturing our bond with Mother Nature. As a folk herbalist, she specializes in crafting authentic ferments, tea blends, and elixirs that celebrate the healing power of plants and alchemy.
Michelle loves to guide experiences that include both an element of plant medicine and somatic work to bring together a unique supportive journey towards wellness. As the owner of Wolseley Kombucha, she creates authentic, delicious kombucha designed to nourish and heal the gut.
A lifelong student of adventure and curiosity, Michelle is dedicated to supporting others on their personal healing journey, helping them discover their own paths to wellness.
Meet Jaclyn Miles, an inspiring international yoga teacher originally from Canada and now based in San Diego with her husband and fur babies. Jaclyn blends her love for travel and yoga and has taught experiences in Costa Rica, Italy, USA and Canada.
Jaclyn's journey with yoga began 15 years ago, initially drawn to the physical benefits it offered. However, as she delved deeper, she discovered a transformative practice that enriched her life in countless ways. Yoga has become her path to connection, presence, and self-discovery—a beautiful journey of reuniting with her true essence and embracing the collective energy of those around her. She believes that through yoga, we tap into our inner warriors, unleash our creativity, and recognize the magic within ourselves.
As a lifelong learner, Jaclyn is committed to continuous growth and exploration. She cherishes the knowledge gained from her training and the incredible mentors who have shaped her practice, inspiring her to share this wisdom with others.
Her classes are a vibrant blend of energy and playfulness, offering a sanctuary for slowing down, breathing deeply, and cultivating gratitude. Each experience is designed to nourish the soul and invite participants to reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
Join Jaclyn on this beautiful journey of yoga, where every practice is an opportunity to celebrate our shared humanity and the magic that resides within us all.
Jay is the founder and owner of Toji Nature Retreat and a businessman who is passionate about innovative circular business models and their ability to create long term profits, positive environmental impact, and increased fulfillment and quality of life for all human stakeholders. Toji Nature Retreat is at the center of a community that Jay and his team are developing as a model community for what Jay calls 'OG capitalism' (Organic Growth Capitalism). This set of business ideals is meant to evolve over time, but are all economic principles that have been derived from the honed processes of natural ecosystems. The community development plan incorporates natural elements, small business interactions, and residential activities into one symbiotic ecosystem that can serve as a replicable model of a more sustainable and less wasteful approach to capitalism.
As a serial entrepreneur for 20+ years, Jay has naturally gravitated toward businesses that aligned with his personal passions: film production, adventure tourism, home building, 3D applications and even co-creating science graphic novels. Through his personal and business journeys, Jay, like many others, witnessed a recurring theme that our economic system and its emphasis on short term profits was putting our planet and its inhabitants in danger at an alarming rate. Like those many others, Jay wasn't sure where to start in making realistic, but meaningful changes in his business or life. With Toji Nature Retreat and the surrounding Dos Colinas Community, Jay and his team have created that starting point for realistic change. A place where individuals and businesses of all sizes can come to observe, reflect, and transform our practices to become a part of the collective solution. "We need to take a realistic approach when identifying solutions that can actually be applied by an individual or company, but if we just start to change how we think about waste, consumerism, investing, and natural resources, we can begin to rebalance our systems so that people, planet, and profit are all valued more equally."
Adrienne is a transformational coach, RESET Breathwork® facilitator, leadership mentor and founder of Elevate High Performance Coaching where she helps high-achievers move out of burnout and embody their next level of power and purpose. Her work integrates nervous system science, somatics, and soulful strategy, and has supported hundreds of leaders across industries to reclaim joy, presence, resilience and clarity. She specializes in turning uncertainty into opportunity, breakdowns into breakthroughs, and confusion into confidence. You can connect with her on Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook or visit her website.
