About this Retreat
Phoebe is a yoga teacher and retreat leader devoted to helping others awaken. Her classes and retreats are known for their depth, creativity, and transformation. Whether guiding a group through a future self flow or leading a manifestation workshop, Phoebe invites her students to return to themselves, trust their intuition, and create lives that feel expansive and deeply authentic.
Originally from the suburbs of Washington D.C., Phoebe now calls Portland, Oregon home. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her practicing yoga, sweating it out in saunas, dreaming up her next retreat, or deep-diving into her favorite books and podcasts on manifestation.
Shaina is a former anxious “nice girl” turned secure high-value woman. After years of attracting emotionally unavailable men and feeling stuck in lonely patterns, she invested in her own healing. Through deep inner work, identity shifts, and aligned action, she became the kind of woman who easily attracts—and keeps—emotionally available, high-quality partners.
Now she teaches others to do the same: heal attachment patterns, claim your power, and date like a queen.
