Emily is a transformational guide, intuitive mentor, and the heart behind Grounded Way. With over 5 years of experience as a certified Family Constellations facilitator, she creates safe, grounded spaces for deep healing and personal clarity.
Her work helps individuals reconnect with their truth, release inherited patterns, and step into aligned, empowered living with presence and purpose.
Isidro Ovejas is a transformational facilitator with over 10 years of experience blending ancestral wisdom with modern health sciences. His work has guided thousands around the world toward deeper healing, authenticity, and empowered living.

Directions
We privately charter flights from SJO to our landing strip near Imiloa to cut the travel time from 4 hours in the car, to 20 minutes by plane. It’s a wonderful way to arrive. Please book your international flight to San Jose International Airport (Airport code; SJO).
All retreat participants and hosts need to be at SJO domestic terminal at 08:45AM. The charter flight will depart at 9:30AM. Arrival to Imiloa is approx. at 11:30am. If you arrive to San Jose airport the same day as your retreat begins please arrive by 7:00AM or earlier.
