Details of this retreat

Join Lisa Annese and Alica Fuks this spring for a nurturing and transformative retreat designed to support your manifestation journey. In the tranquil setting of the beautiful Menla Resort & Spa, you’ll learn how to access your subconscious mind to align your spiritual path and destiny with your actions. This retreat offers a safe and nurturing environment where you can connect deeply with your soul and trust your intuition, all while being surrounded by the majestic elements of nature.

First, we set intentions through vibration. Throughout the weekend, vibrational healing through Tibetan bowls and gong baths will serve as a gentle thread to regulate the nervous system, support emotional release, and bring clarity to what you wish to manifest, whether that is abundance and financial flow, meaningful relationships, improved health, or a deeper sense of purpose.

Next, we focus on release, letting go of emotional and energetic blocks through the sweat lodge ceremony. The sweat lodge ceremony will be supported by meditation and energetic alignment facilitated by the retreat guides, with intuitive messages received and shared to support the process of releasing what stands in the way of manifesting the future you desire.

Finally, through a guided past life regression and future progression experience, a deeply transformative and unforgettable moment of the retreat, you journey into the subconscious to receive insight from your soul’s path, access future possibilities, and align with your highest potential in order to consciously manifest the best future possible.

We look forward to sharing this special time of growth and self-discovery as we honor your authenticity and celebrate your spiritual essence. Together, we’ll explore how to embody the beauty of who you are and reflect it into your world. Our retreat schedule also includes free time for spa appointments, rest, reading, booking private treatments with your retreat guides, hiking Menla’s woods, enjoying delicious plant-based meals, and cultivating deep connection with yourself and the other participants.

The Best
Menla is the best; Reminds me of what Kirpalu was like decades ago - It was like being at home in nature. Peaceful. The food was the best too. Just wonderful. I know I will be back. Thank you for a singular experience : )

Invigorating experience
Equinox Embodied was an amazing retreat. The yoga and Pilates classes were well executed and the yoga nidra and sound baths were so relaxing . The retreat was filled with thoughtful surprises and close attention to details. The magic of Menla enhanced the experience. I went home feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. Thank you Kim and Whitney!

Beautiful Retreat
Menla’s grounds are truly special, tucked into the gorgeous Catskill mountains, you truly cannot beat the location. There is a pond, a creek, hiking trails and multiple places to explore. I felt such peace joining this retreat between the beautiful itinerary and the space it was held. Highly recommend a retreat at Menla.

Equinox embodied retreat
I loved my time at menla while attending my retreat. The space is so beautiful and all of the staff is so kind. I also really enjoyed the spa where I was able to get a massage. My room was beautiful as well. I would love to come and stay here again.

Beautiful and Sacred Visit
The architecture of Kevin Courtney's teachings and the structure of his fellow teachers' offerings was truly brilliant and got us into a place where, by the end, you are as tapped in as you can possibly be.

The beauty and sacredness of the land on which Menla is sits is very much a part of the experience and deeply woven into the fabric.

The grounds, lodging, staff, and delicious meals were all exquisite as well. We felt cared for and held in every way.
