Details of this retreat

“Breathwork is not just about breathing; it’s about awakening. Through conscious breathing, you break free from old patterns, releasing limitations and awakening to new possibilities.” Dan Brule

Join us for a transformative journey as we explore the art of conscious breathing. Conscious breathing is an empowering practice that allows for self exploration and healing. This retreat is designed to help you discover the profound effects of breathwork and sound healing and how these practices can transform your life. The main breathwork technique that will be used is the connected breath.

With eyes closed and comfortably lying on a mat, each participant is guided to use their breath to enter a state of expanded consciousness and deep relaxation. Billy is an expert at guiding people into a deep connection to the breath and John will be creating the soundscape and also guiding breathwork sessions.

This synergy of breath and sound facilitates expanded consciousness and a profound connection to self, enabling healing and psychedelic experiences. Each session will be a journey inward, exploring your own inner landscapes through powerful breath techniques and the resonance of sound healing instruments.

Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can experience the power of breath and sound as tools for healing and self-discovery.

Contraindications: pregnancy, serious heart conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, history of severe mental or emotional disorders, acute infectious disease, and recent injury or surgery.

Weekend retreat stay
The property is on a beautiful, peaceful location.
Nature is all around and sometimes a little too close but you are literally surrounded by woods.

The food was really good and I liked the buffet style and fruit basket.

The gift shop although small had a nice selection of items and I purchased a few fun items.

Since the dining area was on the opposite side of the site from the convention center, a lot of students drove back and forth on the property. I chose the walking paths to get around.

Lovely
I had a fascinating and enlightening experience during an “Energy squared Reiki,” class at Menlo this past week. The grounds, rooms, facilities amenities and spa at Menla were all beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The food was delicious and nourishing. I can say only good things about both Menla and the program I attended, and would wholeheartedly recommend both.
