Your Guides
Loredana's journey into the world of psychology and self-knowledge has been a journey marked by diversity and continuous exploration. After years of significant experiences, including an intensive coaching course in the Netherlands, periods of retreat in the ashram, she attended the Faculty of Psychology at the University of West London, UK, she strengthened her theoretical knowledge and practical and experiential skills.
In the UK she has worked with both children and adults, Loredana has always sought to perfect her practice, taking a variety of courses, from Neurofeedback at the Biocybernaut Institute in Sedona, Arizona, to psychedelic explorations in places such as Costa Rica, Mexico and Peru.
This journey broadened her horizons and allowed her to integrate diverse perspectives and practices into her therapeutic work, preparing her to confidently approach the challenges and complexities of the human psyche.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, Loredana returned to Romania and expressed her desire to understand her own roots more deeply. Through family constellations, he gained a deeper insight into the origin of current problems. He understood that our story begins long before us and that the spiral of life is a continuation of what was before we were here.
Loredana is trained at the International Certification Family Systemic Constellation Training in Australia, where she has access to about 40 of the most reputable teachers in the field of constellations. Her journey continues in search of knowledge and a deeper understanding of life.

Day 1 – Arrive & Ground into Paradise
Touch down in Costa Rica and feel the stress melt away as you arrive at our beautiful retreat center.
We'll start with grounding yoga overlooking the jungle, followed by a relaxing sound healing session. Let Costa Rica's incredible energy help you settle into this sacred space.
What to expect: Airport pickup, welcome ceremony, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and your first delicious farm-to-table meal
Day 2 – Family Constellation Work & Waterfall Cleansing
Feel the power of the a Family Constellation methodology to uncover hidden patterns, clear obstacles, and light your path forward. The goal is to connect the dots you never knew existed!
Afterward, we'll take a refreshing dip in a stunning waterfall—nature's way of washing away what you're ready to release.
What to expect: Constellation workshop, waterfall adventure, group sharing, evening relaxation
Day 3 – Release What No Longer Serves You
Step into the ancient healing tradition of temazcal (sweat lodge)—a deeply cleansing ceremony that helps you release emotional and physical burdens.
Afterward, we'll nourish ourselves with a hands-on farm-to-table cooking experience using fresh, local ingredients.
What to expect: Temazcal ceremony, cooking class, shared meals
Day 4 – Deepen Your Healing & Realization
Start your day with optional shamanic ceremony for those called to deeper exploration. Then we'll come together for powerful group constellation work to deepen your insights. These sessions often bring the most profound "aha" moments!
What to expect: Optional ceremony, beach time, group constellation work, integration circles, free time
Day 5 – Connect With Your Inner Truth
Experience an optional ceremony using nature's plant medicine. The rest of the day is yours to reflect and integrate surrounded by Costa Rica's beautiful landscapes. This is when the real magic happens—when you have space to simply be and let everything settle. In the evening you will enjoy a peaceful group meditation.
What to expect: Optional shamanic ceremony, personal reflection time, beach visit, nature walks, journaling, meditation
Day 6 – Adventure & Celebration
Time to play! Choose your own adventure with optional activities like ATV tours through the jungle or surfing lessons on pristine beaches.
As the sun sets, we'll gather for a heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by breathwork session.
This will be a joyful celebration of how far you've come and the freedom you've found.

Day 7 – Integration & New Beginnings
