Meditation / Sound Healing
Take part in guided meditation and sound healing in a peaceful ashram setting.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
A dedicated Ashtanga Vinyasa practice forms the central part of the retreat, with gentle Hatha and Yin Yoga also included during the programme.

Sattvic Lunch
Enjoy a fresh vegetarian sattvic meal prepared as part of the retreat experience.

Rest & Personal Time
Take time to relax, rest, journal, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the ashram.

Trataka / Evening Mantra Chanting
Practice Trataka for concentration on designated days, while another evening may include traditional mantra chanting.

End the day with a nourishing sattvic dinner.

The daily rhythm combines Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation, sound healing, Japa, mantra chanting and sattvic living with the experience of staying at an ashram in Pushkar. The retreat also includes a dedicated visit to hidden and peaceful places of Pushkar and a group sharing circle during the programme.
