Why This Day is Special
The retreat brings together Hatha Yoga, optional Vinyasa/Ashtanga practice, meditation, Pranayama, yoga philosophy, mantra, Kirtan, Aarti, and the spiritual atmosphere of Pushkar. It also gives participants an opportunity to experience local culture, vegetarian food, Pushkar's markets, temples, and sacred lake.
