Sanatan Yog exists to guide people toward inner peace by returning to the true roots of yoga. Passed down through four generations, our retreat offers a sacred space in Pushkar to relax the mind and awaken the soul. Each day includes one traditional yoga asana class, one meditation with live classical music, and one Ayurvedic massage. We teach not just physical postures, but the full path of yoga — including mantra, breathwork, philosophy, and healing. Sanatan Yog is more than a retreat — it is a living tradition that invites you to experience yoga as a way of life.

Our retreat takes place in the sacred town of Pushkar, nestled among peaceful mountains and spiritual energy. Sanatan Yog is located in a serene, easily accessible area with beautiful views. Start from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), New Delhi.
Take NH 48 (Jaipur Highway) via Gurgaon.
Drive towards Jaipur (Approx. 270 km).
From Jaipur, follow signs to Ajmer via NH 48 (Approx. 130 km).
After reaching Ajmer, take the road to Pushkar via Ajmer-Pushkar Road (Approx. 15 km).
In Pushkar, navigate to Balmukund Ashram, the home of Sanatan Yog.
By Train + Taxi/Auto
Take a train from Delhi to Ajmer Junction (many options daily, ~6 hrs).
From Ajmer Station, take a taxi or auto to Pushkar (~30 mins).
Reach Sanatan Yog at Balmukund Ashram, Pushkar.

Fly from Delhi to Kishangarh Airport (KQH) (near Ajmer).
