Why study with them?

I've been coaching & guiding hundreds of women over the past 14+ years as a yoga teacher, mindfulness & mindset coach, personal trainer, behavior change specialist, brain-body expert & nervous system healer.

My work is all about the power of harnessing the mind-body connection in order to help you experience life with less stress and more joy & well-being.

Ironically, while building my own wellness business, I got caught in the rat race, which is when I dove deep into the rabbit hole of mindfulness for my own mental & physical well-being...so I could feel like I was living like my true self again.

Women come to me to:

~ learn how to find more balance as a high-achiever or executive
~ heal chronic pain (back/neck)
~ heal their relationship with exercise, food & body image

All in all, the women who come to me are seeking to feel different in their lives - greater happiness, less stress, and like the fullest, most alive version of themselves.

And we use mindfulness to show you how to be able to access this way of being & living, in the midst of "real life", no matter what life is bringing you.
