About Natural State Yoga, Sacred Breath of Nature
Natural State Yoga, Sacred Breath of Nature
Mission & Vision
Natural State Yoga exists to create sacred, soulful spaces where people can reconnect with the rhythms of nature, breath, and being.
We believe that healing, creativity, and inner peace are natural states—already within us—and that by slowing down, moving mindfully, and nourishing ourselves with presence, we return home to that truth.
Founded by yoga teacher and creative guide Fela Adebiyi, our retreats are rooted in a deep love for nature, yoga, plant-based food, and conscious living. Whether through movement, silence, food, or creativity, our aim is to support others in remembering who they truly are—whole, wild, and wonderfully human.
